This is the second Chefs Choice electric kettle I've owned. I wore out the first one after many years use and just love it and had to have another. Easy to use, easy to clean, quick, quiet and that blue light to show when it's turned on is a great feature.
Just the right size so it doesn't need refilling after every cup of tea. Very sleek attractive design.

I bought this to replace the classic Chef's Choice electric kettle that I had had for several decade before the handle detached and I was unable to repair it. This one has an easy to use on/off switch, a button at the top of the handle to flip open the lid without burning one's fingers, and it has a footprint that is even smaller than the "compact" model. My only complaint is that it doesn't make a loud enough noise when it switches off.
I use it in a work environment where I am usually mullti-tasking and so, having an auto-shut-off kettle is critical.

Bought this to replace an older model that had done yeoman work for four years. This kettle has the same capacity but is smaller in overall size, and lighter. At first it seemed less substantial, but after a month of significant daily use, it's earned five stars and more.

I have bought 4 of these kettles over the years and they are a perfect size for this tea drinking British person! plus, the filaments are covered on the inside, so easy to keep clean. My only problem has been that the filter screen wears out before the kettle and is hard to replace…can you help me with that please Chefs Choice????

I have bought 3 of these kettles over the past 20 years. They have served us well being durable and a good design. I am therefore disappointed that my latest purchase (4/2022) already needs to be replaced. The lid came right off and therefore no longer pops up.

I am super happy with Chef's Choice electric kettle. My previous Chef's Choice kettle lasted 13 years before it recently stopped working. I knew I would only be buying another CC brand because of the longevity and quality of my older model. So far I am extremely happy with this purchase. It is light weight, boils water quickly, easy to use, and visually is a good looking kettle. The cord is a bit short but this is minor. I hope this one lasts just a long. I definitely recommend buying this product.

I purchased the electric kettle over 8 year ago. It has been a good investment and time saver. It is starting not to work as efficiently now, but it has completed outlasted the 1 year warranty.
