So Sharp!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Chef'sChoice Professional Sharpening Station for a couple of weeks now and my knives have never been sharper! It is very easy to use but read the directions to get the best results. I like that it even has a cleanout cover that has a magnet and the metal shavings are stuck to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love there are different stages to the sharpener! It will do so many different blades...straight, serrated, and even sports knives! My favorite feature is how well the sharpening disks are protected so you can't injure yourself while sharpening your knives! It only takes a few seconds to sharpen each knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used to it to sharpen every knife in my house. Even old old knives that were my grandmothers are like new again! I have never had a knive sharpener before, so I read the directions and was very careful to follow each step. This thing is great! My mom wants to borrow it now!

All you need to do is turn it on and pull your knifes through the sharpening stage 1 for regular knifes, for high carbon steel use stage 2. And the best thing i can say is there is a spot under the sharpener to clean out the old shavings

It’s relatively small (will fit in a drawer), quick to set up, relatively intuitive to use and produces superb result. Not only do sharp knives reduce frustration, they’re much safer to use. The price is excellent for the value of the product.
