Great knife sharpener

I have never tried a product like these and always had to replace my knifes after few months of use as they go blunt and don’t cut the way they should. It’s always a struggle to find a good knife set, but this knife sharpener has really made my life so much easier. All my knives are easily sharpened and they are good as new and they cut so easily. This is a must have for all the kitchens. I cook all the meals at home and use the knife almost all day to cut several things and now to have sharp knives have made my life so much easier. It is very easy to use and super quick, no mess and you are done with super sharp knives. Love it and recommend it.

Fantastic sharpener Poor directions

I use both sides of the slots as a guide drawing the knife towards me (not back and forth). This is contrary to the written directions. I got the idea watching people using it on youtube who were praising the sharpener. Before I started doing that I could not sharpen a knife with it. I was extremely frustrated. The written directions specifically said don't touch the sides of the slot and hold the knife vertical. Now I get a blade that is unbelievably super sharp. The only problem I have with the sharpener is the directions.

Excellent Sharpener!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this knife sharpener. It does a great job of sharpening my knives to a fine edge that cuts smoothly. There are two stages, one for sharpening and a second for honing/polishing. You must use a back-and-forth sawing motion to achieve the sharp edge. It did take me some time to get it right! There is a video on how to use this sharpener on the manufacturer’s site which is very helpful. The soft grip handle allows a secure grip. This sharpener worked very well on both my serrated and straight edge knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener was used to sharpen a few dull knives that I have had for a while. It works ok. It did the job with a little more elbow grease than I would have liked. It's a good value if you are looking for a no frills sharpener.

My knives needed this!!

This made my knife set brand new again and chopping has become a breeze which also makes cooking easier. My knives will always be sharp and ready from now on. This is a necessary household item

Super sharp!

Instructions were easy to follow and my knives are super sharp now! I used the second setting and noticed a big difference when cutting vegetables after I need my favorite knife.

Sharpens quickly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife sharpener is fantastic. It is easy to use, simple in design, and does an outstanding job quickly sharpening any knife. We had been using a different sharpening process, which worked but was time intensive. This sharpener you simply hold down the handle while sliding the knife through, that simple! Our knife, dull to the touch, were able to make great cuts moments later. It is easy to store, intuitive to use, well made and durable. So glad we have this to work with now!

Good for a bit

Used about 4 times and it got my knives razor sharp but now the honing/serrated wheel is stuck and it won’t sharpen anymore
