This mirror is great. Had mine about two years then suddenly it would not hold a charge. Emailed customer service and had a replacement the next day. Outstanding customer service and mirror. Way to go!

I love your despot mirror!

I wish you would find a way to attach this sensor mirror to the wall. It is perfect if like myself, I sit to put on my makeup but some of my clients stand. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you for your feedback. We currently do not have any recommendations on how to attach the sensor mirror to the wall. However, some of our customers have mentioned that when standing, they will place the mirror on a raised table or mantle. Hope this helps! I have used my sensor mirror now for 3 years and can't image not having it for make-up application. Also, service has been spot-on when necessary.

This mirror looks great on my vanity because it is sleek and there are NO cords. It holds a charge for about 2 weeks.......another great product by simple human! I know the price is a little steep but you will be happy with the quality of your purchase.

Nice but turns off too quickly

I like the size and portability of the mirror but the light turns off way too quickly even with my face or hand right in front of it. Not sure if something is wrong or not so I usually leave it turned off until I need to use the light feature which kind of defeats the purpose of getting a motion sensing mirror I think. But overall, do like the mirror even though it's very expensive.

Something may have interfered with the sensing logic. To reset the original sensing distance, here is the procedure:
1. Turn off the mirror using the on/off button.
2. Make sure nothing is in front of the sensor. It needs about 3 feet clearance.
3. Turn on the mirror and wait 5 seconds for the sensor to adapt to the environment.
4. Ready to use. The sensor range is about 12" to 15".
If problem persists, contact customer support.

Nice Mirror

I needed this mirror because it was cordless. I like the mirror but wish it had a higher magnification. The light could be a bit brighter but overall it will serve it's purpose.

The 5x magnification is very useful in this size as it offers a distortion-free full-view of your face. We also manufacture the 8" sensor mirror pro which has a 5x magnification and includes a magnetic 10x magnified detail mirror for more detailed work. We also just released our sensor mirror trio which offers 1x, 5x, and 10x magnification all-in-one mirror!

Great, BUT

Great product that actually works as well as promised. But, the battery stopped working after a year. Customer Service was excellent though and replaced the whole light at no charge. Hopefully the new one will last longer. Also, the replacement was so hard to extend into the tube up position we thought it was broken or the new model didn't extend. After Customer Service assured us it worked, it took two of us literally pulling as hard as we could in opposite directions to extend it and now all is great again. I would still buy it again.

Thanks for your feedback! When extending and retracting sometimes it's a little easier to turn the mirror a 1/4 of a turn while adjusting.
