Love it!

I really love this mirror. It is exactly what I had been looking for for several years. Similar to one I had seem in a hotel and everything before this one was not same quality. The wireless feature is great also. Already have too many plugs in my bathroom, so it is great not to have another one until I need it and only temporarily. Adjustments are good too. It took me a while to decide due to the price, but am so glad I finally ordered. It is so worth it. Thank you for such a great product.

I love my mirror! I wear glasses so it makes it hard to see in a regular mirror to put on makeup. This mirror helps me apply my makeup like a professional.

Clarity to the Edge!!!

My SImple Human Sensor Mirror came along at just the right time in my life. Was tired of only having a very small area in the middle of my previous magnifying mirror in which to focus. Couldn't see my entire face at one time and now I can, with clarity all the way out to the entire edge! I am elated! Love the heaviness of the base and that I can extend the height. Needed to request a replacement due to a charging problem. Received very accommodating customer service. Really missed my mirror while waiting for the new one to arrive, which wasn't very long. Very satisfied customer!

Defective on arrival

Light would not go out. Power button had no effect. The left half of LED lamp was noticeably dimmer than the right. Previously ordered SimpleHuman lighted mirrors worked well. Waiting for information from company repair dept.

We have worked with the customer to provide them with a solution. A brand new mirror was sent to them and a prepaid shipping label has been provided to return the problematic product to us so that we can determine the root cause of the issue.

So far So Good

This is my second mirror. The first one would not charge and only worked when plugged in. To turn it off, I had to unplug it. The new mirror is working perfectly so far. It arrived fully charged and after 10 days I have still not needed to recharge it. Hopefully, there will be no issues when it is time to recharge. My only criticism is that I use it on my counter and even though it is fully extended, I do have to bend way down to use it to apply my makeup. I am only 5'7" so I would say that this mirror is best suited to shorter women. Too bad that it could not be extended by a few more inches.

Sensor mirror poorly engineered

My wife has tried to determine a satisfactory way to use this mirror for about three weeks. She has finally handed it to me and told me to place it in a dark location. My efforts will now shift to trying to return it for a refund.
The mirror turns on if an object is within six inches of the sensor. That's too close! If the mirror has turned on, moving outside the magic six inches causes it to turn off in about ten seconds. Again that's too close, and too fast! Once it's off the user must again move within the magic six inches to retrigger the light.
The field of vision for the sensor is also too narrow. For example, the mirror orientation shown on this survey form will not cause the light to trigger if the mirror is approached horizontally at mirror height.
It seems to me this product was designed by someone who has never applied makeup, and it was not sufficiently tested by those who have applied makeup. My wife likes the concept, but this particular mirror does not sufficiently implement the concept.
All that being said I think I received an early production model. I've been in engineering sufficiently long to be willing to try another mirror from a later production run.

Mirror is well made, nice design wonderful that it does not have cords - only thing I would change is that the light does go off rather quickly - would be nice to have an override switch or a longer time before it auto shuts off

Thank you for your feedback. We designed the sensor mirror to automatically turn on when it senses your face in the mirror, and to turn off when it senses you are away. This ensures that the mirror is always ready for you when you need it and does not waste energy when you don’t.
