excellent value, perfect for small families

This refrigerator is an excellent value. As a young family, my husband and I found we didn't need much refrigerator space, and this fridge was perfect for what we needed. It fit perfectly into our budget, as well as in our kitchen. It is a simple yet functional design and has more than enough storage space. It is very easy to clean and maintain, with all its parts easy to move. Another bonus is the lack of glass/easily breakable parts, which puts my mind at ease when it comes to our children. The only drawback is the drain pan at the back of the refrigerator makes a audible dripping sound, similar to a person using the restroom. The only reason I mention it is it was an unusual sound to encounter in the kitchen and it caught me and my husband off guard the first time we heard it, we were afraid there was a leak behind our refrigerator. But now that we anticipate it, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product, we are very pleased with our purchase and if given the opportunity we would gladly recommend it to anyone we meet.

Simple Function

We purchased this to replace our garage refrigerator that died. We use it for storing cold drinks and the freezer for ice. Price was right, and this refrigerator meets our very simple needs.

I bought this refrigerator as a replacement for another one in a rental I always love whirlpool products I know it's reliable and is a brand I know I can trust !! the company wants to keep the reputation of these products rockingGreat price too

Noise issues...

I replaced an older Whirlpool fridge with this one. I was quite happy with the older one which was very similar and over 10 years old. This new one is driving me crazy with all the noises it makes. It has a loud hum that is very irritating. Other than that it is an okay fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality product with great features

My search for a replacement for my 35+ year old Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer sent me back in the direction of choosing a Whirlpool again. This filled the need for a second refrigerator/freezer that I love having to store extra beverages, meats and produce. It is roomy, has well organized features and even a shelf in the freezer section. So far it has performed great with no problems. Food stays cold and freezer temp. keeps items frozen. I would recommend this product.
