Two Wire Shelves, should be option to upgrade to Glass/Spillproof Shelves, Company doesn't recommend adding shelf, so you may want to look for a three adjustable shelf unit.Very clear Whirlpool uses this as an entry level unit and nothing more.Don' t like the white handle gets dirty quick and is hard to get clean, should be a Black Handle or Chrome even on a White Fridge, I would recommend Whirlpool make a backing plate of some smooth material to go behind Handle and it would make this Fridge so appealing, as no manufacture makes a long lasting easy to clean Door Handle besides Stainless Steel and I don't like that look in my house.

Great appliances

All of the appliances set my kitchen off. And they work very nicely none if the appliances are very loud. Would recommend whirlpool to all of my friends and family.

It ha an ice maker which is great but it takes up freezer space. The shelves are easy to move. Great product

Good Basic Refrigerator

This is a good, basic entry level appliance. It has plenty of storage, though it is devoid of a meat/cheese bin. It has the plumbing to hook up an icemaker, but the icemaker components are extra.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have this refrigerator in one of my rental units and the tenant has never complained about it. Since I am paying the utilities, the Energy Star features provide me with a cost savings.
