Poor quality

I have gone through 3 of these pens. The first one i lost it, which i guess is my foul, however, the lack of proper storage for the pen in the ultrabook will inevitable makes this happen.
The second one simply die, then I got another and this one die only after a month. Try changing the battery, the tip, nothing work. It's also death. Sony seems to be out of stock on this one, and there is not sign of them bringing it back. This amount other issues makes me regret buying the Duo 13

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
