Thrill is the right word for this phone!

I had seen my friends buying Android phones and became curious as to what was this all about. I got this phone and have been mesmerized by it's performance and features. I have had it for 4 months now and still am awestruck by the 3D games and camera. Taking pictures is a whole new ball game beyond anything before it. I've had several mobile phones and this dual core 4G speed is indeed a Thrill. Buy it! You won't be able to put it down very long. About the battery. do a search for LG Thrill 1860 on eBay and there is a 3rd party battery available that will give you longer battery time that comes with either 1 or 2 1860 batteries with a charger at a very reasonable rate.
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life

Nice phone but 3D camera/option is terrible

Pros: I love the phone. It's ease to use. I like the 7 screens I can fill up with all kinds of useful apps. I love the text messages that appear at the top of my screen while I'm browsing, playing music, etc. It shows who's sending the text and what they're saying without having to stop what I'm doing and answer. So at a glance I can see if I want to talk to that person now or later. Very cool. :) Texting: I like the option of words available at a touch if I don't feel like typing every word. I like the collection of smiley faces you can choose, sooo easily without having to put them together part by part. Cons: The wallpaper option magnifys the wallpaper or stretches it. Terrible. I don't like the stupid android character that it sends as a smiley face. Yes, its an android, but couldn't they do better? The 3D+ is terrible. There is a button on the right lower side that turns it on, which I've hit by accident so many times. I HATE IT. You get an automatic warning not to use it for very long, EVERY TIME you activate it. And you have to hold the phone a certain way to get a clear 3d effect. I seldom use it. There's also a problem in the morning when I turn it on. Sometimes it doesn't come on, I take the battery out and put it back in. It comes on. Happens too often.

Cons: freezes

Great Phone and Great Price

If you would have asked me a couple months ago I would have said I would never upgrade to an andriod, but I went from an iphone 4 to the thrill and I absolutely love it! I have definitely switched to the android team after having compared all the features. The only bad thing I would have to say is that the battery life is not great. All in all it's the best phone out there in my opinion!

ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH MY LG THRILL. IT TAKES GREAT PICTURES, LOVE THE SCREEN SIZE JUST MY TYPE OF SCREEN! I WISH IT CAME IN MORE THAN ONE COLOR BUT HEY THATS WHAT PHONE CASES ARE FOR! WISH THE BATTERY LIFE DIDN'T RUN SO QUICK. I DEFINITELY USE MY PHONE FOR EVERYTHING FROM EMAILING, TO TALKING/TEXTING, SOCIAL NETWORKING, AND WEB SURFERING WHEN I'M ON THE GO. THE APP MARKET IS A PLUS GOT TO LOVE MY ANDROID. OVERALL GREAT PHONE!

Great, fun phone, some technical bugs...

There are so many features, very convenient. Speakers are crisp and loud, I use Pandora all the time and keep my ringtones on low. It's a large, heavy phone, even more so after you put on a case, but I do like the big, clear screen. I've had this phone for a while, but I still think it's easier texting on a keypad. Takes great pictures, but lags big time before taking the picture. The battery life is pretty bad if you are on this phone constantly, but I hear iphones are worse. Turning down the brightness helps a lot, and even when dim, it's pretty easy to see (and I have bad eyesight). Also, the phone freezes occasionally, which can get annoying, but I guess expected with such a high-functioning gadget. Another annoying bug is that it seems to like corrupting random pictures so I can't view them anymore. This happens to pictures I take after some time, anyone else experiencing that? These are all little, nagging problems to me, I still really enjoy this phone.

this phone is really cool. this phone was my firt smart phone and i love it but hate it at the same time. when i first received thephone within a few hours the phone froze and then it would work and when it would work it worked amazingly. the phones battery is not good at all i wish they would make a life extender for it but they don't, the life last about 6 hours for me when im using it. my favorite part of this phone is the 3D thye did an amazing job on it! i think they should've thought about the battery a little bit more. but oh well.

I wasn't sure at first.. It took me a day and a half to decide I loved it. Get in a customized it for you, wallpaper, fonts and music. It's acurate when typing and has great sound quality... and fast! Love the light weight and big screen too!
I loved my husbands blackberry, now I wouldn't trade him for anything.

The phone is really cool, i love the 3D affects. I am however,not pleased with the battery, I do not use it much and charge it daily to at times find it dead in the morning.
