Love my saucepan. Cooks wonderfully! Changed the way I cook. No more need to "just put it on high", now cooks great with low and medium heat. I cook a little slower, but better, and that's okay. My only criticism is that it's a bit heavy at 3lbs 3oz. Need two hands to handle at times.

This is my new favorite saucepan. I've used it for making sauces, popcorn, small batches of soup, making rice, etc. Very few things stick, and if it does stick it cleans up very easily. I would HIGHLY recommend this item!

Was looking for a good saucepan to make pralines. This is great because the sides do not have a lip and candy thermometer fits on it nicely. Keep in mind this is a heavy pot, but that is what makes it such good quality.

I am very impressed with the weight and quality of this pan. I recently bought a stove with an induction cooktop. So had to get new pans. They clean up well, the handle is very comfortable with an indent for your thumb.This is the perfect size when cooking for a larger family.

This is a well made pan: It warms up uniformly, conducts and maintains heat well, is perfectly sized for many uses. It is a rather heavy pan, similar in weight to other triply pans. It's stainless steel cover rather than glass is a plus for longevity of use.
