I actually liked the touchpad. My disappointment was twofold: I wanted a spread sheet resident in the operating system and I found too few apps sthat I wanted.
I'd take several at the new price!

This tablet is absolutely amazing! From a pure OS perspective it is much more functional than the ipad. Multitasking is an absolute necessity with a tablet, and WebOS does it right. Unfortunately apps do play a big role in functionality as well, and although there are some great ones, it still doesn't compare to the ipad. If hp had simply realized this when originally pricing the product, it would have been a smash hit! Even now it still can if they choose to be a loss leader!

I am familiar with web OS since the Palm Pre days, I wish it can be upgraded to 3.0 so I can pair the 2 together

camera is broken

I bought two touchpads for me and my husband at a super deal price. But sadly, the camera in one touchpad was broken after I installed camera API. I heard several cases that the camera had same issues as mine. Why HP don't test them before they get out of the gate? Apparently, HP customer service has nothing to do with the problem, because they sold out everything. Be aware, you have risk to buy a camera disabled tpad.
