Very nice touchscreen which has good sensitivity. I am sure more updates are coming which is necessary for a five star rating. I would like to see Tiger Woods golf added to the apps.

I'm webOS fan, however I've been disappointed by the performance so far. Random pauses, tons of little bugs, and even some random crashes of the software and the os. This is the only tablet that I want, but in its current form for software I can't recommend it (I would feel embarrassed if friends of fam had to deal with these bugs and pauses) (latest software used 3.0.2). At least they got the keyboard right. On the hardware side, it's decent. Only thing is that the plastic shell doesn't inspire confidence in its durability as mine had a hairline crack in it after only a week of usage with no drops.
Either way I'm keeping this tablet. Hopefully HP can iron out all these bugs and fix the performance issues as well soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was very impressed with the quality. Was able to add all my accounts right out of the box. Skype is great! Facebook app is better than ipad. And the price is awesome!
Only complant is that it locks up once in a while for about 5 secs. When you switch windows from one web page to another it just freezes for a few seconds. It is annoying, but still a good device overall. I'm thinking that can be easily fixed with a software upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything is feature rich and useful, but there's an uncomfortable amount of lag when doing some tasks. I found that rotating the Touchpad frequently caused whatever app I was in to lock up for a few seconds (2-4). Additionally, I've now had the messenger app lock up in excess of 10 seconds two or three times now, and the calendar app is noticeably slow to change views.
Overall I'm pleased with the tablet, but there are a few minor software kinks to be worked out. Hopefully these issues will be addressed in incoming patches, because WebOS is the most satisfying OS I've used in a mobile device.

I like the way the Touchpad is similar to my Pre phone; knowing one helps work the other. It is easy to get it to expand the picture and make it move around. It is very fast when one starts it. I like how it the screen orientation turns easily when one turns the tablet pc.

I was excited when it arrived. My first touch pad. My excitement waned quickly. It is super slow loading web sites. E-mail...Some times it loads some times it doesn't. A 30 second clip may take minutes to load if it loads at all. There was an up date last week that helped some but loading is still iffy. The app store is a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
