Four cards short of a full deck

I swapped from a iPhone to a Nokia. A big mistake. The Nokia phone does not come ready to use. For example, it gives you 18 seconds to answer a call before sending the caller to voice mail. Microsoft, Nokia or ATT have not been able to extend the number of rings before the switch is made

Feels and performs like a cheap phone

I bought this phone as a replacement and I've regretted it ever since. To get to the battery takes an act of congress as you have to pry the cheap plastic case off. Once you put the battery in you find yourself going through the slick windows format to find some nice user features for notes and contacts etc. but then you dig deeper and discover the lack of a front facing camera,no clear way to properly manage your downloads and browsing history and your contacts from fb being pulled over to your phone,I didn't like that one! Once you've learned how to place a call watch out,the ringing of the phone can be felt through the cheap plastic back of the phone and talking? It sounded like the person on the other end was talking through a tin can! the black screen is extremely fingerprint friendly and the camera is average,not to mention the lack of storage space available. For the money I'm going back to Android,there are phones with better features for the same price. Oh! The games stink,my kids wanted me to tell you that :)

So far after a few days of fighting with this phone Ive had it. I already have 8.1 on my laptop so it made navigating easier -- If youre not familiar with 8.1 youre going to have problems. Up to now the biggest problem is the screen freeze ups and shutting down -- it happens constantly and at any time. Sometimes if Im attempting to configure it seems the phone gets frustrated and just gets lazy and shuts down. As for Cortana -- not what I was hoping. For example if I want to be reminded to call the number of my last incoming call (if Im driving etc) she cant do that. She can only set alarms and simple tasks from what I can see. I will update if I still have this phone in 3 days.

The lumia 635 is a phone to play with. NOT to have. The camera is okay. There is no Instagram etc. Also if you drop it once your whole phone will shatter into pieces.

This has got to be the most awful product I have ever had the displeasure of trying to use. I'm a first time user, I'll admit I'm not tech-savvy, but I do have a basic knowledge of how some of today's technology works.
All the advertisements you hear are extremely over exaggerated! One of the most if not the most complicated fones (phone) ever to program. It is my belife that most if not all of the positive comments are employees of or have some direct connection to the makers and producers of this product.
Ironically, one of the questions of the survey is how do you use your fone, business/personal......I don't! The darn thing doesn't allow me do do anything other than answer and make calls along with texting which I really don't like to do.
