terrible, don't buy

I have had this phone for only two weeks but I'm sorely disappointed, difficult to use, everything takes forever to load, difficult to use, and sometimes things just stop working. All around really not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

after a week, i knew i should've stuck with android!! No Simpsons... What!?!? The lack of apps is horrible and i don't see Microsoft doing anything to better this product. Thought my experience with windows would've been a lot better. I read a lot of other reviews by windows customers and see I'm not the only one at all. M m Mmm..

cant download apps that are in your store. low storage can't update phone apps already on phone when bought.

Ringtone and alarm never goes off so I missed important call, no google plus or hangout, and app in the store don't download without wifi
Pros: nothing i use my android

Lack of apps....not available for windows os....lots of apps not available for windows...not user friendly like android mobiles...remaining clarity..quality..durability..music..picture quality...are outstanding...
