Can't load any apps. Can't sync my contacts - they're lost in your stupid cloud. Too many steps when answering incoming calls. Side buttons too easy to hit by mistake. I hate this phone!

Product has good features

Product has good features but will not stay charged long enough to use them. Also overheating problem is scary. As hot as it gets, you don't want to have near ear. Always locks up & have to pull battery daily to reset. Very poor. Waste of money

This product is different from Android

I like the phone overall, the only flaws I have are the incoming text messages have the wrong time. It be 5hrs before the actual time. You can't send multimedia messages at the same time, it has to be one pic at a time and it doesn't have as many apps as android

Decent Phone

I use this phone for the web, Face Book, Email, etc. Works fast on wifi or lte mode. Wish it had a screen side camera, but otherwise it's fine. Did have a memory card unit, but it quit working. Don't know if it was the phone or the card that destroyed it. It wont even show up on my laptop. Works just fine without it.
