A workhorse. Perfectly sized. Fast. Functional. Lots of "hidden" features to keep you busy. If it had a front facing camera and a flash, it would be the ideal phone at an amazing price point. Combined with Windows phone 8.1?? Unstoppable!

Former All in Google user switches to Windows!

I was all in with Google. A Chromebook for my computer, a Nexus 5 for my phone. I got interested in Cortana, the ability to do people based reminders was very interesting. After a ton of research, I used T-Mobiles' Jump program to trade in my Nexus 5 for my Lumia 635. In actual day to day use, I find my Lumia 635 to be every bit as fast as the Nexus 5 even though it has lower hardware specs! My Lumia is a pleasure to use! I like the phone so much that I sold my Chromebook, bought a Toshiba Encore 2 8" tablet running Windows 8.1. Got a desktop machine up and running with Windows 8.1. I am now all in with Windows!

Lacks in memory and crashes fairly often. Have to turn the phone off and then back on multiple times a day to make or receive calls. If you don't the phone just says "Dialing" and never actually calls. Lacks apps and compatibility with other devices. But it is fairly cheap and since it is windows it links well with your home PC.
