love the preloaded windows apps

Great phone! Has windows office right on it in case you need to make a power point or document on the go! It's durable! Mine fell into a pot of cooking oil while changing my deep fryer sat in it for an hour before I found it , I was scared it was d.o a but its been three days and is still fully functional. I was freaked out that it wouldn't work since I had it only a week.

SCREEN,TOUCH,CORTANA,TEXTING,PICTURES ARE GREAT,MUSIC GREAT, THE PHON SCREEN HAS NO MARKS;FINGER PRINTS WRAP OFF 1,2,3, I SET CORTANA TO WAKE ME UP ,THE MUSIC IS SOFT AND MELLO.I LOVE ALL THESE THINGS ON THIS PHONE;VERY EASY TO USE I'M STILL LEARING AT AGE 77YRS GREAT!

I waited for over a year to get my Lumia 635. It was worth it.
The unit works beautifully with Office from my desktop, laptop, and RT tablet. A great business tool.

Amazing phone at an amazing price!

This phone is amazing! It has every feature I would want and need on a phone and so far the time I have been using it the performance has been consistent and fast on both WiFi and 4G. On features I was going to give it 4 stars instead of 5 just because it has no forward facing camera and no flash/flashlight but in all honesty I have it a 5 because those 2 features are easy to ignore with everything else going on for it. Even though it has no forward facing cam it has apps to help you take selfies so for people that like selfies the lack of forward facing cam wont be to much of a bother.
Navigation and social apps and chats like Whatsapp and Facebook work perfect and switching between apps and chats is fast. And I love how well integrated Windows 8.1 PC and Windows 8.1 are.
Cortana is amazing! I love how the app responds to what I say accurately and how Cortana executes the commands without having to give it some robotic command I can just speak naturally. For example I can ask Cortana what are the nearest restaurants and she will show them to me and I can just say give me driving directions to the first one or whatever option I chose and she just pops the GPS app with the route to the restaurant/option you choose. Pairing this phone up with my car has made my driving experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
From the price to the features to the performance I am extremely happy with my Nokia Lumia 635. It exceeded my expectations in every way shape and form.

great phone for the money, lack some feature

pros:
5mp rear camera + lumia camera + adobe Photoshop produce a good small sized image
screen color is nice, no problem for outdoor, resolution is more than enough, sensitive touch screen
have micro sd card slot, can install apps in SD card
support 4G
windows phone 8.1, much smoother than android, and more costumizable than iOS

easy to move through decent amout of free space and good selection of apps exclusive to the lumia line of phones

Good ovrall but for some reason some of the apps either don't work or shut down upon starting even thought I see other reviews that these issues don't occur. Also can't get current updates. Would appreciate some help because I really like this phone
