This product was able to fully charge my laptop when nothing else could. It saved me having an unnecessary dc jack change. I love it!!!

This product is an excellent replacement for the original Laptop Charger that came with my Dell product.

Great Product

I purchased this item as a replacement power cord for my work laptop, a Dell Latitude E6500, which had been tripped over at too many conference room meetings.
The charger kit comes with 7-tips to fit a variety of laptops. The manual showed that two tips would fit a Dell laptop. By appearance, one tip appeared far too large while the 2nd tip fit snug.
Upon plugging the charger into my laptop, I was initially disappointed with the product or worse, concerned that my laptop had additional problems. The tip I chose to use showed that I was connected to AC power however, it would not charge my laptop. I thought of immediately taking it back to the store but jumped online and went to the Targus Support section. The Support section of the web site showed that the larger tip "D" was in fact the one I should be using. Swapped out the tips and low and behold the larger tip actually fit and immediately began charging my laptop.
The kit comes with a lengthy cord and USB Fast Charging Port which I feel is a bonus.
Great Product!
Pros: long cord, usb fast charging port, universal adaptors
Cons: none
