Very disappointed, not what I expected from Samsonite.

Very disappointed in this purchase, and very poor customer service. I've liked and purchased Samsonite products in the past, but I'm not likely to again after this recent experience. Returns are cost prohibitive, and the "lock specialist." Was never available.
Pros: Easy To Identify, Lightweight
