Website is suck. System doesn't accept the correct address. Customer service is bad as well. Taking 40 mins to get call picked up and hold the call for another 20 mins.

Really excited after my Samsonites arrived because they were my first set of higher end luggage. Easy to roll and they fit a lot. Totally bummed after picking them up off the baggage carousel and noticing a 5 inch crack in the case. I am hopeful and confident Samsonite will right this situation. After they resolve I'll update my review.

Delivery was great. I like how the suitcase looks. It is not durable. The top was concave in when I received it at the end of my trip. Flying from Hartford, CT to Norfolk, VA. I am out of town every other week for work. I am a full time floater for Russell Stover Candies/Whitman Chocolates. I work open territories and medical leave territories. I could be flying anywhere in the united states.The carry on is to small, the 24" is perfect. I do not have it packed full, but it is full. The shell of the suitcase is to soft. Not hard enough. Caved in aroud the zipper?
