I love this tassimo. I do not why the company does not advertise more. This machine has so many more coffee based drinks than kuerig. I really think the company should hire a new advertising team. Also have the t-discs available everywhere.

Until Tassimo introduces more options of T-disks, more availability of T-disks both online and in local stores and responds to what their future is going to be in the personal brewer coffee industry, I can't recommend any Tassimo brewer.

Poor comparing to old Tassimo Brewer

The T20 Brewer is located on the cheap side: look, light plastic, lower pressure, too many parts ... It visibly will not long. With the same disks, the coffee is not as good as my previous old Tassimo brewer (maybe a problem of pressure ?). I will move out.

WATER TANK IS HARD TO CLEAN

THIS IS MY 2ND MACHINE ,I HAD MY FIRST MACHINE FOR 7YEARS (MY HUSBAND BROUGHT ME A NEW ONE BECAUSE HE WENT TO THE STORE TO GET A NEW FILTER & COULDN'T FIND ONE SO HE JUST BROUGHT A NEW ONE INSTEAD ) ,THE ONLY CON ABOUT THIS ONE IS THE WATER TANK IS HARD TO CLEAN & NO FILTER ,MY HUSBAND GAVE OUR OLD MACHINE TO OUR DAUGHTER .MY SISTER HAS ANOTHER ONE CUP COFFEE/TEA MACHINE & HAS LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH IT ,BUT I HAVE HAD NONE WITH MY 2 TASSIMOS.I LOVE IT ,& SO DO MY NEIGHBORS ,MAINLY THE CHILDERN FOR THE HOT COCOA

Smaller Brewer not recommended at this time - leaks

i have the old Braun tassimo T 3107. I have had it for several years and it still works great. I decided to try this one because it is smaller and less complicated to use. I got thru only one cleaning cylcle when it tripped the breaker. It took me a few minutes to see the water leaking from the bottom. No trouble shooting instructions applied so I returned it. I will stick to my old work horse till it dies -maybe then this smaller model will have improved because I really would like to conserve the space!

Since I'm the only one that drinks coffee, it's awesome to have every cup be as fresh and as tasty as the last cup. Whether it's coffee, tea, espresso, hot chocolate they are all equally as easy and just as tasty.

Easy to use, favorite small appliance

When I got one of these, I wasn't sure how much I'd like it. I use it almost every day now. I love exploring all the great drinks available for the Tassimo. My husband has been using it more and more too.
So easy to use, easy to clean, quick to make drinks, and lot of flavor and drink varieties. So far my favorite is the Maxwell House Caramel Latte Macchiato but still have lots to try!
I haven't stopped anywhere to buy coffee. I just make my drink in my travel mug and enjoy it on the way to work. This is gonna save me money in the long run
