Easy to use

My husband bought this for me last christmas, so have had it for just a year now. Love it. Easy to use. Love the variety of drinks. Only one problem, finding the discs. I have had to resort to getting them online. Cannot find them in stores, at least not the drinks I like.

I like a variety of coffe drinks as well as tea n hot cocoa. My fiancé only likes decaf coffee. This is a great way for us to both enjoy what we want. It's amazing and each beverage is WOW! Seriously think how much your saving verse going to Starbucks!

I've have the old machine for over 4 years and the newer one for 2 years. I love them both. I use the plastic cleaning tab to get hot water for teas or anything that requires hot water. Love the versatility of products from Latte to Cappuccino, Americano, ( see, I use the tab for hot water with expresso) teas, cocoa, decaf, regular light and dark brews. it is so wonderful at a party or with friends that I can offer so many options to everyone! Quick and easy. Children love to push the button. Simple to clean and maintain. I don't use the filter as I only use filtered water for the machine. Hasn't broken yet! Best investment I ever made in my kitchen. I keep the second one upstairs so I don't have to go downstairs to make coffee.

Convenience and simplicity!

Our coffee pot has been replaced! The TassimoT20 is,by far, a more evolved machine! We love the convenience of a single,well,brewed coffee when we want one! The Cappucino and Latte lines are our favorites.
Do yourself a favor,get one. You'll never regret it!

We love our Tassimo! The disks are available in most of the grocery stores I shop in. Not impressed with the recall right now, but fingers crossed for a quick fix!
We would like there to be more variety of coffees ie flavours also
some of the flavours seem to available in the States and not Canada.

Love the taste

I have 2 of these machines. I bought one when it first came
onto the market which I now use in my trailer when camping
and bought the other one in 2003. Love them! The new flavors are really great. My son has a Keurig. Keurig coffee
tastes terrible compared to Tassimo.

This is the second Tassimo we have owned. The other was a few years old and it was time to replace it with a newer version. I like the size. I love the ease of use. I appreciate the different coffee/tea/cocoa selections offered. Only downfalls, hard to find the variety at local stores, so ordering online becomes more necessary if you want something special; and price-- it can add up when you drink a lot of coffee. Overall, I've loved it enough to get the new machine and continue to be a customer since 2007

I had the Kuereg before this, and this is 100% better. Its perfect when you just want one cup of coffee or tea with many specialty coffees available. The only thing I don't like is many of the discs only make small portions (4ozs) so you have to double the discs used to make a mug of hot chocolate for instance. It has the option to add more water but that just makes it weak. T discs are readily available at pretty much any supermarket in tons of varieties.
