Creamers make this a Plus

Love this much better than the other brands as it comes with actual creamers to blend with the different coffees and especially the Chi Tea. Most others are just a water base product. The only thing I "don't like" is that it doesn't come with a part to blend your own coffees as the others do. Hopefully they will come out with one "real" soon and then I think this would be a 5-star product.

Really makes 'coffee time" in the morning special.

We really love this coffee system and so look forward to
"coffee time" in the morning. My only complaint is the lack of choice of Tassimo brewer coffees in the local market. As long as I have free shipping, ordering online is ok, though.

Almost Perfect

I love Tassimo espresso and lattes. This brewer is great for the office or home. It is attractive and brews consistent drinks, just as good as higher models. Only gave it 4 stars because I make a lot of double t-disc drinks (lattes and mochas) and between discs the brewer requires me to wait for a second green light to go off, "add water" function, before I can safely open the disc compartment and move on to my second t-disc (i.e. milk t-disc with an espresso t-disc).

It's a bit small. If you like 12oz cups of coffee you need to refill the reservoir often. It does splatter some. But it does make a nice cup of Joe. Must stand at machine and wait till "add more water" button lights up or you miss your chance.

I think the T20 is awesome

After lots of consideration and calculations, I decided to go with the Tassimo T20. The price of the T-discs is what sold me in the end. They're almost half the price of the other brand and in the long run will save lots of $$. Keeping in mind that personal preferences regarding the overall taste of coffee is purely subjective and based solely on an individuals taste perception - I like the taste. The ease of preparation using the machine and discs is phenomenal. My favorite part. No mess. No stress. Though I wish there were more retail outlets selling a larger selection of disks - purchasing them online is fast and simple.

When I decided to purchase a pod brewer I compared all of the major contenders. The best part about the Bosch/Tassimo is that you can have anything from espresso to coffee to cappuccinos and lattes - it does it all! You literally push one button and the perfect drink is brewed very quickly. Sometimes I wish the water tank was larger but really, it's the perfect brewer. Inexpensive, easy to use, delicious coffee - it's the obvious choice! Great variety of drinks too! I also sometimes wish more t-discs were sold in stores but ordering online is simple and there is usually some kind of discount available. Can't say enough good things about my brewer!
