The TASSIMO T20 is easy to use and makes the perfect cup everytime. I bought a TASSIMO T20 for work, all my co-workers use it and like it better than the other brand maker they have at home.

Love the ability to make latte, etc. at home in one machine. Wish there was a way to use my own coffee sometimes. I got this as a gift and have loved every minute of use.

Machine worked well for the first year or so and then began behaving as if the water tank is empty, and yet it is full. I've have to fuss with re-seating the tank, and emptying and refilling the tank. Sometimes I can get it to work, most times not. My previous model had the same issues. Not sure I'm going to replace it as I'm getting tired of this game.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy and impossible to clean the water tank

This machine is much noisier than the larger model that I have. Also, the water tank has a plastic molded handle blocking any way of scrubbing the inside. Therefore, mold builds up and you can't clean it. I called customer service and was told there is a brush sometimes available for purchase or you have to buy a new tank every time yours gets dirty. This is not an acceptable solution to a terrible design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
