What ever happened to something called "sugar"?

I used to love having a sodastream because of how many of the syrups were made with no sweetener other than cane sugar.
Now, even when they avoid HFCS, they still pour in sucralose, which adds a nasty chemical taste. If I wanted this garbage, I could buy store-brand cans of soda. There isn't a quality difference, in ingredients or taste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Acesulfame, the new sweetener, makes me sick

I purchased soda stream mainly for the naturally sweetened cola. I tried this and found out two things. It tastes worse than colas sweetened with aspartame. The acesulfame used in place of aspartame makes me sick to my stomach. For me, ,this is worse than items sweetened with aspartame. I will never purchase any soda flavoring with acesulfame again.

I purchased this because you discontinued the one with cane sugar. Which to me is healthier because it did not contain artificial sweetener. This contains sucralose. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

Diet soda taste...sold as regular soda....

exactly what it taste like, diet soda. Disappointed to say the least. I just cant drink it so it is a total waste of my money. So much for saving money on soda!

This is the only flavor I hated. Wish the natural one was in stock cause I would love to try that but I can't get past the taste of the artificial sweeteners in this one. Maybe my taste buds will get accustomed to them over time from drinking the flavors that I can't taste it in but for now, fail.

I was very disappointed when I tasted it and could taste artificial sweetener in it. It has suclarose in it! It does not state that on the front label.

I love Coke and was very disappointed with this. You don't get that "burn" you get from your first sip of Coke. This is more like Coke that has been left open for a couple of days. Thankfully, there are others I do like but I won't buy this one again.

Really nice cola flavor, and since it uses so little space in my pantry I think it's lovely. I'm not a big coke drinker, so the fact that I don't have to store bottles at home for the rare situation that I want cola is amazing, especially since I live really far from stores of any kind.
