Fits well

I bought this unit end of June. I chose it because of space limitations as there are very few products available to fit unless I went smaller on capacity. Positives: it is quiet, shelves are glass and the lighting is bright. Cons: it is difficult to regulate the temperature between freezer and frig. the temperature does not stay constant. I had two service visits and both said the unit was fine yet gave very different solutions to how to regulate. Freezer ranges from -10 to +10, while refrigerator is between 39 and 45. I am still trying to adjust the controls to get the refrigerator to stay under 40. I'm hopeful that one of the settings will ultimately work.

Nicely designed

I've had my refrigerator for about two months and I am quite happy. The only issue I have is that it makes a clicking sound right after the compressor goes on, but it only lasts for about 11 seconds or less. I was told its the gas going through the pipe and converting to liquid so there is nothing that can be done. The shelves are terrific as are the drawers. The LED lighting is terrific. I am also hoping to see a difference in my electric bill as this is an energy saving model.

Very noisy

Performs well, but it is very noisy. It makes loud noises when circulating and makes cracks and kinking noises (sounds like expansion and contraction). My previous refrigerator made some similar sounds but at a far lower noise level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed

We purchased tis refrigerator 6 weeks ago and have had the repair man here 3 times. Ice is building up in the freezer door and in the back of the freezer box. The store that we got it from has been very good with their service and their help with the Frigidaire people. Hopefully we will resolve this problem soon. They took pictures and are in communication with the company. Bottom line, the service is fine but the product is not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good unit but a small flaw

I bought the unit back in June and use it as a second refrigerator. After a few days I noticed some ice forming at the top of the freezer by the right upper corner. I thought there was a problem with the door gasket allowing air in and freezing up but on the unit itself there is a small plastic piece covering the seam where the sheet metal was formed into the corner. It does not allow the gasket to fully seat itself so I had to remove it and it seems to have done the job. I would suggest a design adjustment for future production.

Storage space is limited by flexible shelf set-up on door and by shelf bracket locations in fridge. Hard to make efficient use of the space provided. The butter compartment, for example, is way too big for its intended purpose. After 3 weeks, I still can't get the temperature balance between the fridge and the freezer correct. And the freezer does not properly defrost; there is ice on everything I put in there. I would not recommend this model to anyone.

Replacement Frig

We purchased this unit in April to replace another (also a Frigidaire that lasted almost 30 years). While we like it very much, we had to have it serviced to address ice buildup in the freezer compartment which is, I am told, a problem with this model. The service rep used silicon to reseal both the upper and lower door areas. This issue should be addressed at the manufacturer level and not in the home after delivery.
