Door sticks - one drawer unusable

I like this refrigerator in spite of some negative reviews I read. The ice maker makes enough ice for me and I don't think it is louder overall than my previous fridge. My only problem is that the door is difficult to open, even when fully loaded. Most of the time I need to use two hands, one on the fridge to hold it from rolling forward, and one on the handle, otherwise the fridge will roll forward. If it wasn't on wheels, it would probably open with one hand. The other problem is the refrigerator-width, shallow drawer that is just beneath the freezer - the only way this drawer can be used is to open the door as wide as it will go - therefore, I don't use the drawer - seems to be a poorly designed drawer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

JoanR, we are glad to hear you like your new refrigerator. In your Owner’s Manual on page 5, figure 4 shows the anti-tip bracket, lower it clockwise until it contacts the floor (for even more stopping power, put a small piece of rubber underneath it before lowering). Doing this may stop the refrigerator from following you when you pull on the handle. We give information (like your observance that the door has to be opened completely to use the store-more drawer) from our consumers to our design engineers. Worst refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a few years ago and it’s been a nightmare from day one..handles broke off..replaced several times..now we have no handles..rubber door seal has been falling apart..can someone please offer any advice?
