Microphone continuously cuts out!

During phone calls, specifically in the vicinity of my home, bluetooth headset continuously cuts out. I can hear the person on the other end, but they can't hear me. Once I turn off the headset feature on my phone, then cut it back on, microphone works again, but minutes later, cuts back out again. This is very frustrating and something seriously needs to be done about this issue. Other than that the headset is a good product.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

best bluetooth headset I have owned !

I have owned several different brands of premium feature Bluetooth headsets and to date this has been the best. It lasts the entire day listening to music and talking on the phone all day I wear it all the time even working out and I have not had a single instance of it not working. Thank you LG for an excellent product. I even went so far as to buy a second pair so I will have the same headset should anything unforeseen ever occur.
Pros: Quality, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bass effect is lagging.Also battery lasts only up-to 3 hours or less.No need of the vibration in that headset .No separate switch to stop that vibration .It is totally waste to spend money over it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for about 4-5 years, and I still can't believe how good they are! Battery life is fantastic, functionality is *very* good, and the audio quality is great. I've used these about 2 hrs every day, 5 days/week while commuting. Operation with my iPhone is flawless. A secondary pairing with Windows 10 ... not so pleasant, but that's because Windows 10 is a pile of $#|+! The left earbud volume is starting to fade, but other than that, I'm impressed with how long they are lasting! I would buy another HBS-730 in a heartbeat if I could find one, but I'm guessing that it will be hard to find. I've tried a couple other brands for various reasons, but I'm positive that my next primary headset will be an LG!

I use the LG Headset everyday all day. The battery lasts all day long and I love how it tucks under my collar. This is the greatest head piece I have every used!! I can hear clearly (and in stereo) and the person on the other end of the line can hear me loud and clear. What else can I say! It is the best hands free product on the market!

Not very good range w/ galaxy s3

The range on these is pathetic, the sound quality is good if you are within 3 feet of your phone. from all the reviews i read the HBS-700 had awesome range but the sound quality wasn't that great but this HBS-730 cuts out too much and isn't worth the upgraded sound in my opinion

I do love this bluetooth / handsfree device. If I could change/improve anything it would be: making the length adjustable (so that it fits a little better around larger necks). It is very comfortable. Often I forget that I even have it on. Very good buy. I would purchase again.
