PLEASE BRING THESE BACK!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THESE ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD! THE SET THAT I HAVE NOW IS OVER 5 YRS OLD, ONE OF THE BUDS NO LONGER WORKS (SO I FINALLY CUT IF OFF) BUT IS STILL BETTER THAN OTHERS I'VE PURCHASED - EVEN THE NEWER LG MODELS. I'M USING THE BROKEN HEADSET RIGHT NOW.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, battery, Performance, Quality

The microphone suddenly dies on phone calls. I have 2 units and a friend has 1. All 3 do the same thing. Great idea, love the design. Can't deal with this problem happening 2 or 3 times per week.
Pros: short life span

I bought these in white 1-2 years ago and used less than twice monthly. The neck strap became yellow and one of the buds stopped working. Would not purchase again...

I bought these from Verizon many many years ago when they first came out. Thinking recently that I'd splurge for some new truly wireless ear buds. After reading these reviews and seeing how people want them brought back, I believe I'll just keep these!

Good features, poor performance

I bought this product because LG typically produces quality products. I like the features of the LG HBS-730. The sound quality is decent. They work great with my iPhone. The range of the unit is typically 10 to 20 ft before the it loses connection. However, when I walk with my phone in my pocket or in my hand the connection to the headset is intermittent. I don't understand. I am very disappointed in it's performance.

Stopped working after 90 days

This product is a good design and seemed to work as expected initially, but after 90 days the left side ear bud has stopped working. Everything else works as it should. So, i am assuming that this product is defective. There has been nothing other than normal usage for calls and exercise each day. Really would like this to be a better review, but the product needs to work long-term.
Pros: notsatisfied

Does not hold up to daily use

This is my second round with this device. I originally had the HBS-700 but had to replace it after the wire insulation wore out and shorted the ear buds (strangely enough LG offers no support or any support information for this device). After about 4 months of daily use, the wires are wearing out on my HBS-730 and once again, LG offers no support. I will be replacing this headset, but not with a LG product.

Great product if they lasted

I really liked these and they worked well until they stopped working after less than 3 months.
