One quibble...

I've had several BT devices over the years, and being in industry I've seen several off the wall designs. The LG's here are simply the most comfortable and best sounding headsets in their price range. Stereo sound, SMS reading, track controls, Siri support is all here. Others complaining of poor audio quality needs to repair their device. We've tested the headset with several Android and iOS devices, with all of them working perfectly.
The range is something to be desired, however. I noticed this with the original LG tones; it seems as though anything between your headset and the phone will cut it out. It's ok in the pocket, but if you leave your device in another room, this will cut out. Bluetooth range is 30ft, how could they not get this right!?
But it's a quibble, buy these now!

I am partial to LG products because I usually purchase these brands for electronics however, I am sort of disappointed. The concept of having a Bluetooth device where I can talk and listen to my music without the wires is simply genius. Unfortunately, I have had to hope that it is a good day and that the headphones are working. I have had delay in music playing, the earphones going in and out as if I am getting a call. It may be the device I am using (iPhone 4s) but IOS is here to stay. Make the repairs so that I may enjoy!!!!

I bought this product and enjoyed the convenience and functions especially the ability to connect to my phone and music devices simultaneously while on my Road bike. I was surprised when the device buttons started failing after just two weeks of use. I suspect they got damaged due to sweat......It would keep dialing my riding partner without end. I had to junk the low quality product for a better deal with jabra
Pls if you sweat a lot don't buy this product its tacky

GREAT FEATURES IF ONLY IT WORKED PROPERLY

I have had this headset for a little under a week and I am ready to return it. Constantly receiving message "out of range" even though the connected phone is on my hip or in my hand. When I can get the music to play its good but I have to be standing still with no movement and with the phone in my hand. :-(. I had the HBS 700 and thought this would be just as great as that product. WRONG!!!! I am so disappointed in this product. Especially since I recommended it to so many people who have placed orders for this product. I will be returning this product to the place of purchase for an exchange hoping that it is a defective device. But what am I supposed to do, buy the previous model which is the same price as the new model. Where is the justice in that?

bought 3 and 2 of them died on calls for no reason

I had one first for about 6months and died on calls and began hearing noises on videos. So I bought two one for me and one for my wife. I'm not so sure about my wife's, but dies after just one day of use! Wow! I can listen sound from youtubes fine, but calls I can't either talk or listen.

I own both a 730 and a 750 model I prefer the features on the 730 which are the same but the buttons are easier to use on this model. I do recommend these headsets

the lg tone hbs730 is not a good product it they fade in and out they do NOT block the outside sound i had the lg hgs700 and they are way better i upgraded to the hbs 730 and now i regret it i will be sending them back and shopping for new head phones else were

Great with exceptions

Comfort, earbuds fit well and don't come out running - don't know I have it on...use it all day every day.
Works 10 to 40 feet.
Drops out if phone/mp3 player is in my left rear pocket... works fine in my right rear or front pockets. works as I roam my 700 square foot house through one wall, not two walls.
This is due to high frequency of bluetooth design does not penetrate human tissue and must bounce around to get to headst if blocked by body, if phone is on car seat or table it works great, consider having phone or player in line of site of front of headset when in use to avoid signal dropouts.
Have owned two headsets,
The first headset the left earbud died, this had rough use, so I bought another - careful to not catch in shirt when I forget I am wearing it and undress.
The second headset the on/off switch broke its mechanical connection to the switch inside unit after a few months - and unit would not turn off, also you must turn headset on/off to reconnect to a bluetooth device if you disconnect for a few minutes, this is a lot of use on switch.
I am online chat at LG now waiting to hear if they will repair replace, they want my receipt, keep yours...
Great unit otherwise haven't found any better, especially love the charge is less than 1 hour and 15 minutes and I listen to books on mp3 for 12 hours a day before a recharge, and 15 minute charge will get me 2-3 more hours use, get a high current charger.
