Great quality lightweight have to have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best ive tried yet and the only pair i wear almost everyday i can do so much with out having to always reach or hold my phone its def a have to have for busy people the range is awsome like 30 ft or so and you can barely notice them there so light

Excellent headset except for one thing...

The sound quality on this headset is wonderful - it is at least as good as my own phone. However, after a few weeks of owning it, it has begun to consistently stop transmitting on the microphone. The other party cannot hear me but I can hear them. I have read online that turning the WiFi on the phone off will solve this problem so I will try that, but I can't recommend a product that has a defect such as this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does Not Work With PC

This is a great product and I have been using it for months. It is durable, the battery lasts nicely, the comfort and look is great. the features like next back and pause are awesome. the sound quality is great (although it could be a touch louder) I can leave my phone on the porch and cut the grass with no connectivity issues. THE ONLY PART ABOUT IT I ABSOLOUTLEY DISLIKE IS THAT I CANNOT USE IT ON MY LAPTOP. Why would such a great product limit itself to phones only? I want to use this more, and my wife attends school online and I was going to buy her a set until I realized that it will not connect to a PC.

What an AWSOME product!

I have waited for years for them to perfect the technology for this. This is the first one that REALLY works like it's advertised to do. Although a little complicated at first (for an old guy like me), it has become a breeze to use.
First off, a caller can not only hear me, but also understand me through this HS. I can use the voice program in my Galaxy S3 with no problems. The sound is clear while it plays music. No interuptions, no static. The controls are easy to find.
I say, IF you're looking for a stereo headset with all the bells & whilstles, this is it. A great value for the price! Findone and try it out. GREAT!

I purchased this more than a week ago and quite honestly, I love it. The audio quality is perfect - I thought it would be mediocre but I was gladly proved wrong. I paired the device with my LG Optimus G (got it more than a month ago, absolutely love it), and the two work together like as if they were always meant to be. Even with the Optimus G's Bluetooth v. 4.0 and the TONE+'s v. 3.0, the sound is flawless.
Battery life is fantastic, simply put.
Regarding style, I actually love it. My friends are always asking what "that thing" is around my neck, but once they figure it out, they like the design as well.
The TONE+'s flexibility gets an A+ as well. Looks in online product pictures are deceiving - the memory neck strap is conveniently stretchy and comfortable. The earbuds fall into place with everything else nicely, and the magnetic holders are truly a godsend.
In terms of ease of use, these headphones are the epitome. The initial pairing is very easy, and the auto-reconnect is convenient as well. The buttons on the headset are durable and well-placed, easy to remember their location on the device when wearing them.
The reason why I gave the headset "4 stars" for features is because I would've thought that it would come with Bluetooth v. 4.0, like everything else nowadays. Of course, this shouldn't be a repellent in purchasing the TONE+, because it's still a great buy.
I intend to keep these for a long time. Love my new headphones!

Poor Design

I am on my second pair of the LG HBS 730 bluetooth headsets. Actually the first pair was the HBS 700 bluetooth. I had the first pair for about 5 months before the very thin casing around the wires for the ear buds started to fray and the left ear bud shorted out. I decided to give it another try and ordered the second pair which was the HBS 730 and have only had them about 2 months and right wire has already started to fray. No doubt it's only a matter of time before the right ear bud shorts out. This shows poor design quality with the casing around the wire being so filmsy. LG should really look into making the wire casing thicker and more durable. As far as the functionality of the bluetooth it is great although the range is somewhat limited. Battery life is good and holds a charge for a few days with intermitted use. I will not be buying another pair of these because of the design of them and the wires fraying so easily. I have found some similiar bluetooth headsets that look to be of better quality.

Great Sound, Value, Feature, terrible wire design!

I purchased a set for me and my wife. I wear my set as much as I wear my glasses! Due to a design flaw in the wiring from the unit, my wires keep splitting leaving bare wires. I'm very mindful not to stress the lines, however after my 3rd set, not including wife's, my wires are shredding again. I'M EXTREMELY UPSET, as I have helped sell 8 of these to friends of mine. PLEASE LG REDESIGN THIS SO I CAN BELIEVE IN YOUR R&D DEPARTMENT AGAIN! I have LG TV's and other electronics, yet this product just doesn't cut it. By the way, I wear my headset atop my clothes, just to make sure the wires aren't constantly being bruised by my clothing.
