Great bluetooth headset

I have used many Bluetooth headsets as I am in the phone industry and need to know what to recommend to customers when the come in to purchase phones and Bluetooth devices. I currently own an LG phone and an LG smart tv and are both by far the best purchases I have made. The head set is light weight, mainly because it is made of a rubber band that sits around the neck. The sound quality of the headset is nice as well. It is a crisp clean sound and the bass is not to loud to distort sound either. One of the features that I like most is once I take the ear bud out of my ear it falls into place on the band from a magnet that holds it in place. I have read reviews where people are having issues with the buds locking in to place but I have not had this issue yet. Overall I am happy I spent a couple dollars more on this headset compared to buying a different brand.

Voice Call Audio WAY TOO LOUD

This device has so much promise. All day batteries, very comfortable, easy adjustments...
But it is completely ruined by the inability to adjust the volume on a voice call low enough. I'm using an iPhone and the voice volume screams in my ear and distorts and can't be lowered any more. This seems to be a common theme. Music too loud on Android, voice too loud on iPhone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love My Bluetooth Finally

I finally found a Bluetooth I love to use. My LG 730 Bluetooth it does what it said it would do and that's what enjoy the most. The convenience of answering a call at ease and also listening to my music when working out or shopping with my pre-teen girls(priceless). I just brought another LG 730 for my wife one because she kept using mine. Thanks LG for a product that works great.

A really good headset

The sound is great. The battery life is excellent. Comfortable on neck and in ears. Only downfalls are the Bluetooth antenna seems weak (I have to keep cell phones on my left, tablets and laptops seem ok) and if you plan on jogging or aerobics this isn't for you. It will fly off your neck!

Good thing to have very easy and long battery life

It is a very good accessory for those who make lots of calls as the battery can last for 2 days and can not be forgotten as it will always there under your coller.
Excellent thing I am using all day with my phone for teliphone calls.
For music the bass is not at all sufficient. If you switch the call to the second call waiting then after you drop the call the blue tooth connection dose not work. you have to re start both blue tooth radios to make it work.

I work in a real noisy environment, and it does great blocking out the noise and sounds great. I saw alot of people use this device, and it looked really delicate to me that was why I got 2, 1 for a backup. Someone let me try theirs and the audio quality and how loud it could get blew me away. Something that impressed me even more, was the battery life. My old Bluetooth headset, I had to charge nightly, but I can charge this about once a week and it is fine. Extremely pleased with the device.

I saw this on my sales agent and found out about the new way to use Bluetooth. My only downside is the inability to control if jogging as it bounces around on your neck, also the features could be easier to use.

I LOVE this product. Hasn't come off my neck since I bought it. I do have one question: I cannot figure out how to get it to read my texts to me...I have a Galaxy s5...and do have google text to speech...but not sure what control to use etc..can anyone help?
