I am unhappy with the multipoint functionality. My Xperia's Walkman would not play music if multipoint is used no matter what primary device was selected. I've tried many times... Contacting support is senseless as my previous poor experience with Sony suggests that they will just blame my devices for being incompatible or something else wrong on my part... Just thought to drop this message for other consumers, so they would know what to expect from this product. Other than that it works well, but a bit pricey for the value.

Very great Bluetooth Headsets!

At first I thought there were some issues with these headsets, but it turns out my old Samsung Galaxy S3 was outdated in Bluetooth technology. Now that I have the US flagship for Verizon, the Sony Xperia Z3v, there are no problems with it at all!
My only desire is maybe if this headset included some sort of mechanism that enables vibration to notify users of incoming calls or messages. Just only being notified of it through the sound played in the earbuds or looking at the screen when it happens is just a little inconvenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Headset

This bluetooth headset absolutely serves my needs. The build quality is great, it has visual caller display, mp3 player, FM radio and good sound quality. You can also use it as a handset or as a speaker phone for conference calls.
The only reason i didn't give it five out of five stars is because you cannot mute the ring tone from the headset. This means if you're in a meeting and you've muted your phone, the handset still rings out to notify you of an incoming call.
Sony this is a great handset. Please do not discontinue it. Just improve on it. Thanks.

Seemed nice at first but after using it the first day, it keeps turning off. It's a bit annoying when I am riding my bike or motorcycle and my hands are too occupied to reconnect the device from my phone. I'll be listening to music and half way into a song it would either disconnect or turn off. I love all of my Sony products, except this one.

I bought the SBH50 charged it up, used it for a day, took it for a run the next day and it has never been the same. The device reduces the volume of whatever device is connected with to mute. The volume button has no physical damage and i cannot increase the volume from the SBH. Even if i try from my phone or laptop, the headset will still reduce the volume. I bought the SBH20 after and that also did not last a day. Sony does not have a support centre in Western Africa and I honestly would not recommend ANY of the Sony bluetooth headsets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
