I borrowed this device to clean 14 large windows and both faces each. This was done quickly and the windows were very clean afterwards. Only once the device was lost, but this was likely due to excessive liquid that I had put.
Have even tried on a glass with a thin platic film on it. This left some little permanent traces on the film. By I consider it as my mistake as the usage on such surface is not recommended. Maybe a bit too noisy, but I trusted the fix during the operations and was staying in another room to ignore it.
Since I have been enthusiatic after that firt experience, I decided to buy the Winbot W930. Will let you know how it goes with that later version.
