I love all of the features, the drying quality, and the capacity. It's got a lot of options, so it takes awhile to get used to all of the wonderful things this dryer can do. Would highly recommend this dryer.

AFTER HAVING A DRYER THAT RAN FOR 2-4 HOURS TO DRY CLOTHES I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE THIS NEW ONE. IT IS VERY EASY TO USE, MAKES SWEET LITTLE SOUNDS WHEN YOU TURN IT ON, AND DOES DRY MOST ITEMS VERY QUICKLY. SOMETIMES HEAVY ITEMS WHEN MIXED WITH LIGHTER ITEMS MAY NOT BE FULLY DRIED WHICH IS MOST LIKELY DUE TO THE SENSOR. I DONT REALLY MIND THIS SINCE THE DRY CLOTHES DONT GET OVER-DRIED, I JUST PULL THEM OUT. I KNOW IT SAYS IT IS BEST TO SORT THE HEAVY ITEMS TO THEIR OWN LOAD.
OF COURSE I HAVE NOT HAD TO USE THE CALL IN HELP FEATURE TO DIAGNOSE ISSUES BUT I THINK THATS AN AWESOME THING TO HAVE!

This dryer does everything I need it to do and makes very little noise - especially after the initial startup. The options mean I can always get it right and the wrinkle care is great if you forget the load.

I purchased this dryer because I needed a new washer and I wanted a matching set. My old dryer was in working order but quite old so it made sense to buy them together. I had said that the new dryer had to have a moisture sensor, a hamper door, the lint screen inside the dryer and not on the top, and an end-of-cycle alert. I gave up the hamper door, which I really have not missed, and unknowingly gave up the end-of-cycle alert. While there is one on this dryer, even at its loudest it cannot be heard from the basement to the first floor even with the basement door open. To its credit it does display the time remaining to dry, so to overcome this deficiency, I set the timer on my range, which can be heard in China and repeats itself forever, when I come up. Except for this flaw, I would have given the dryer all 5 stars because I love it. The clothes are dried to perfection according to the setting chosen and they are wrinkle free. Even bulky items are dried perfectly and that was always a problem with my old dryer. I also like the interior light. I no longer leave behind that stray sock or other small item as I did before. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this dryer to anyone looking for a quality product.

So far, so good...

We purchased this and the matching washing machine after doing some research and deciding this was a good bet in terms of features and price. So far I'm very happy with it. Our old dryer took forever, especially with heavier loads.
So far we've only dried two loads; the first had jeans, towels, heavier pants and a few assorted lighter items. My only problem there was that I should have selected the heavy-duty load to start with; on "regular/cotton" it wasn't anywhere near dry at the end of the cycle. But after I adjusted the time and temperature, it did great. For the second load, which was sheets, shirts, underwear and socks, we used the sensor, and selected the wrinkle-free option, then ran out to do some errands; sure enough we got home and everything was perfectly dry and wrinkle-free.
It can take a bit of playing with the settings if you do mixed loads, it seems, but for all-lighter items it worked very well. I'm happy with the capacity and ease of use.
