This dryer is SMART!

Love this dryer! It has cut my laundry time in half cause I know exactly how long it's gonna take to dry my clothes. I really like the different cycles it has to choose from. I never realized how different fabrics need different cycles and temperatures till I used this dryer. This dryer has taught me how to do laundry in a much more effective and efficient way. I joke with my boyfriend on how this dryer is smarter than his cousin! Hahahaha!

The 2nd time around - excellent

The 1st dryer delivered had a manufacturing defect (ratteling noise) that the repair person said they had never encountered before and could not be fixed. Customer Service handled a replacement machine in a very quick and fair manner. The new machine has been in use for a little over a month and is excellent. It dries a great deal faster than our old machine and seems to to treat the clothes very gently. Kudos to the Customer Service group for exceeding expectations. Only issue is you need to watch the molded plastic machine top as it can scratch easily - so no more shoe, coat, tool, etc storage.

This dryer runs quietly. The clothes come out dry and less wrinkled than with my previous dryer. Very happy so far.

i love this product it works just fine .it gives me a piece of mind and i do recommend this dryer to any one who would like to buy one.it makes no noise wen its drying and its sensor helps waste less electricity.

Really nice dryer

Doesn't get as hot as my old dryer so I run it longer to get things dry. Sloping lid is a real problem. Detergent slid off top and fell onto floor-pouring soap everywhere ! Lid is plastic(not metal) and scratches easily when anything is set on it, even the plastic bottles of soap.
Pros: easy to use

I love all the different settings that are available so you can pick the right one for the items you are drying. Also the large capacity lets you save money and electricity. This is recommended by Consumer Reports and I'm very happy I took their advice.

Awesome Dryer, Would recommend!

I have had this dryer for about a month now and have been loving it since it was delivered. LG makes very "smart" products that help save me time and save me costs on energy.This dryer seems to sense when my clothes are dry, so if it can save without using the extra 10 minutes left on the cycle of electricity it will. Also the machine is very quite (unless washing Jeans with metal buttons/zippers). I bought this with the matching washer and have had no issues what-so-ever with this machine.
I would recommend this dryer to anyone who is looking for one.
