Dryer has some good options like cook down, but poor design on filter--lint gets under the filter into the filter's slot which is IMPOSSIBLE to clean out. Poor filter design allows lint to get past the filter into its slot and to get stuck on the edges of the filter.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has exceeded my expectations

When my 12 year old dryer "gave up the ghost" a few weeks ago I was not looking forward to spending the money to replace it as prices have increased in the past few years. However, much to my delight it is already earning its way at our house. The drying cycles meet the types of laundry I do and the drying time is more than half of the old dryer. So I am making back the $$ back on my electric bill. In addition, my clothes are coming out looking much better, fresher, and newer looking without the need for an iron on my husband's "wrinkle free" shirts. Thanks LG I needed that.

I bought this dryer to go with a companion washer from LG. They are a perfect pair. This dryer is really neat with all the controls and displays easy to use. There is a feel of quality that I am highly impressed with. I shopped around on this for a while.

We first started looking for a new washer and dryer in February. At first we had bought a set and after one use we had them come pick it up. I researched all washers and dryers for what features we wanted. This took several months of checking reviews. When I found these products I researched them and thought about them for several weeks before we bought them. After the first use we knew these products were exactly what we were looking for. They had exceeded our expectations in all areas. I have recommended these products to many friends and can't say enough great things about the products.

I really like my LG dryer. It is so easy to use and as long as I follow the easy to use settings I don't burn any clothes (soccer uniforms#. Even my boys can use it. I like the look but the top of the dryer #plastic) can get scratched easily so I avoid setting things on top of the dryer.
