If you, like me, love ice cream but can’t sacrifice half of your freezer to freeze a drum, this ice cream maker will change your life. I’ve made 6 kinds of ice cream and sorbet in the 5 weeks since I got this, two of which I spun on the same day!! Super easy to use, fast to chill, perfect for if you want to make ice cream on a whim. I love this machine!!

We purchased this ice cream maker to be able to have organic preservative and chemical additive free ice cream. What we’ve made since purchase (butter-rum pecan, and chocolate chip chocolate) have both been amazing. Each took less than an hour to mix and freeze. The machine is fabulous, easy to use and clean.

I love it and the machine works wonderfully but have 1 major annoyance to the overall design of the machine. As the ice cream gets near completion the ice cream comes out the flip lid that you are to use when adding additional condiments near the end. The ice cream gets pushed up and comes out the flap and runs down the front edge of the unit. If the unit was designed to be a little taller or if the flap lip snapped shut with a seal this would prevent it from overflowing. My work around has been to put packing tape across the door to seal it while it is churning. If I need to add any condiments I peal the tape off and reapply it after all my additions have been added for the final 5-10 minutes of churning. This has kept it from running all over. It's the best ice cream and love that I can make batch after batch if desired.

I simply love this machine! I love the convenience of having ice cream whenever we want and it takes UNDER an hour. I turn on the machine for about 10 minutes before adding my recipe and it only takes 40 minutes to complete. AND Easy to clean. A no hassle way for us to enjoy one of our favorite treats! A dream come true for sure!
