I wish that I had sprung for this ice cream maker much sooner. Long gone are the days of waiting at least 24 hours for the mixing bowl to freeze, not to mention the mixing bowl always too up so much space in the freezer. It was just a really lame way to make ice cream. With this new machine, it completely streamlines the entire process leaving me time to start experimenting with new ice cream flavors :) I would highly recommend!

I have an older Cuisinart ice cream maker, but it was a pain to remember to put the bowl in the freezer to make ice cream...when I saw this ice cream maker I was excited to see that I didn't need to freeze a bowl, just add ingredients and start it, I love it!
