Fun and easy way to get great homemade gelato!

After a recent trip to Italy, I had to try my hand at homemade gelato. This machine makes it super easy. Even the recipes in the included manual are great (surprisingly the olive oil-thyme was our favorite).

This is a great alternative to an ice cream maker that requires the ingredients and canister be frozen. It's much more quiet than I anticipated, which was a very nice surprise. The machine is substantial, making it feel very sturdy. I'm looking forward to all the recipes I'll be able to make at home now that I have this!
