Works as adverticed.We started out with strawberry which is one of the simpleest least detailed recepes. Pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the machine and the product. As good a ice cream as I have had. Highly recommend this machine!

Very easy to use. This machine does not require freezing ingredients in advance of making ice cream. Noise level is very reasonable. Ice cream is ready about 40 min. after turning on machine. Easy and yummy! Ice cream freezes to a harder, icier texture.
