Very easy to use. This machine does not require freezing ingredients in advance of making ice cream. Noise level is very reasonable. Ice cream is ready about 40 min. after turning on machine. Easy and yummy! Ice cream freezes to a harder, icier texture.

So far the Ice cream was very tasty. The recipe called for whole milk and heavy cream , but the next time I make it again I'll just use the whole milk instead of adding the cream , it was a wee bit too rich , other than that it was really good. Definitely would buy the Cuisinart ICE 100 again.
