Easy to use and to be immediately successful in making frozen desserts! The basic recipe book enclosed makes it easy to create custom desserts.
Very good quality machine! Sturdy, well built and designed, easy to clean, strong motor, and built in freezer results in high quality of frozen desserts.

I have coveted this machine for years. When it hit my price point I made the purchase and it’s every bit as wonderful as I had hoped. I’m a household of one and I can have luscious ice cream frozen in 20 minutes when I fill 1/3 full. Large batches deliver soft serve in 60 minutes. Operation is straightforward. Clean up is easy unless you overfill. Negatives include noise level is really high reminding me of the old electric models used with ice and salt (I tune it out as I know I’ll have homemade ice cream shortly), it’s heavy, and it’s large. For easily making ice cream it’s an excellent product - no ice needed, no salt, no remembering to put a canister in the freezer, and no pre-chilling the mixture needed. Overall I give it 4 stars as it does exactly what it’s supposed to do very well. Noise control is an opportunity for future product improvement.

This machine is dangerous to your waist!!! We bought this in the first week of July and have almost made a batch each day, sometimes two with the grand kids. We love the machine for the fast and delicious ice cream it makes. Just enough for 2 dieting adults and 2 grand kids (boys) with no left overs. The ice cream is smooth, creamy and yummy!! I would highly recommend this machine to all who are interested.

Love this machine! My favorite part is not having to chill the bowl for 24 hours before I can make ice cream. It’s very quiet too, which surprised me. Definitely worth the extra money for this ice cream maker.
