Excellent ice cream maker. Easy to use, and equally easy to clean. Many good recipies available on-line will work with this machine. Best to stick with whole milk and heavy cream if you want the best textures, not reduced-fat milk or half-and-half unless recipie calls for these. Also important to let your mixture set in the refigerator overnight before churning and the leave finished ice cream in freezer for at least 6 hours before serving, unless you want soft-serve. Obey the recommended times for churning and do not overfill above the top of the uppermost blade, or you will get ice cream overflowing the unit! Only downside -- it is a heavy machine, so find a place for it where you won't have to move it around much. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Great all in all. Super easy compared to classic way. Biggest issue is the mixing pushes the ice cream upward so eventually it seeps out of the ingredient lid. Otherwise, I’ve been very happy

Absolutely the easiest way to make home made ice cream! Has worked flawlessly and easy cleanup. Every ice cream has come out perfect. Highly recommend.
