Very easy to use. The recipe book that came with it was great. We rarely refrigerate for the recommended time before putting it in the machine and it always turns out great in under and hour.

I do not regret purchasing this product. It has been so much fun making different ice cream bases and freezing them up! The machine doesn’t have a pre-cooling mode, but I’ve found that buy “starting” the machine for 20 minutes, it’s the perfect temperature to mix your chilled ice cream base in 15-20 minutes. This thing works fast!! It is some of the smoothing ice cream I have ever had.

I really like this ice cream maker and have been using it constantly since I received it. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because it can get a bit messy at times. Ice cream can spill out of the quart cooling bucket while mixing which gets in the cracks and crevices of the ring around the top, even when following the provided recipes amounts. Other than that, I love my machine and highly recommend it for making fresh ice cream.

I have had multiple ice cream machines over the years. Old style where you had to add ice, newer where you had to put the tub in the freezer overnight, and now this. I will never go back. This makes the creamiest ice cream I have ever made.
