Great little machine! It took a few batches for me to get used to how it works but now I'm able to crank out consistent quality ice cream when ever I'm in the mood for some. I've made 3 batches back to back and the machine worked flawlessly without needing to "rest" in between.

The ICE100 allows expression of my creativity in the kitchen. I am able to make small batches of perfectly churned ice cream in any flavor combinations I can dream up. I have had a great time creating custom flavors for friends and family. The only thing buyers should be aware of is the small capacity of the machine. It’s great for small batches.

No longer will I have to freeze the mixing bowls for 48 hours before making dessert or having to wait additional time to re-freeze the bowl for another batch. This machine does it all... which is a blessing if making several dairy-free delights in succession!

I have been making the recipe for the gelato and according to recipe I hoped that the amount would correct. But it happens that when place the mixture on the machine, after turning and turning, the mixture starts to come out from the small window. Even though the amount to make is not a huge quantity. Other than that is very good.
