This machine is easy to use and makes a good product. The major downside is it only make s1 QT at a time. When making multiple batches in succession it's not a big problem but if you take the pail out and it gets wet it will freeze to the inside of the machine be aware of this. Alos because you may be making a few batches the consistency and the mix-in's are a bit different. the machine needs a line showing where to load the "batter" to this will help with consistency. A LARGER MODEL IS NEEDED. but all in all a good product.

Makes great ice cream. Plastic top is a little bit difficult to fit on and a weak point in the system. Freezing mechanism is excellent. Motor very powerful. We have made a dozen batches with no bad results but it is apparent that practice makes perfect.

I just bought the ice cream maker and have already made vanilla and chocolate ice cream. They both came put so creamy and delicious...I will never buy ice cream again. The machine is easy to use and easy to clean!
