The ICE100 allows expression of my creativity in the kitchen. I am able to make small batches of perfectly churned ice cream in any flavor combinations I can dream up. I have had a great time creating custom flavors for friends and family. The only thing buyers should be aware of is the small capacity of the machine. It’s great for small batches.

Great little machine! It took a few batches for me to get used to how it works but now I'm able to crank out consistent quality ice cream when ever I'm in the mood for some. I've made 3 batches back to back and the machine worked flawlessly without needing to "rest" in between.

Makes great ice cream. Plastic top is a little bit difficult to fit on and a weak point in the system. Freezing mechanism is excellent. Motor very powerful. We have made a dozen batches with no bad results but it is apparent that practice makes perfect.

This machine is easy to use and makes a good product. The major downside is it only make s1 QT at a time. When making multiple batches in succession it's not a big problem but if you take the pail out and it gets wet it will freeze to the inside of the machine be aware of this. Alos because you may be making a few batches the consistency and the mix-in's are a bit different. the machine needs a line showing where to load the "batter" to this will help with consistency. A LARGER MODEL IS NEEDED. but all in all a good product.
