This machine is wonderful! It's so easy to use, just place the ingredients in, turn it on, set the time and walk away. I've had ice cream "makers" before and they were always so labor-intensive. You had to cool the bowl, hook it up, etc. Not with this machine!

We've made three batches of ice cream so far and we are very happy with our purchase. The quality of our ice cream creations has been excellent. Good texture. The timer is very helpful. We haven't had problems getting the container out (as some have suggested). Very easy and satisfying. I'm also pleased with the recipe book that was included. We have made mixed berry with chocolate, chocolate, and tomato. Next up is spicy chocolate and bacon ice cream in celebration of international bacon day! Yahoo.

I had the Cuisinart ICE50 for years and loved it, having an ice cream maker that had the compressor gives a great freedom to be able to make ice cream anytime without having to store a canister in the freezer. I finally wore it out and ordered the Cuisinart ICE100, I love the upgrades they did to this model, a larger capacity, the lid is one piece and locks in nicely, the blade fits in the bottom and the opening on the lid to add ingredients to the ice cream has a door in it as opposed to an opening. I make enomous amounts of ice cream and I am enjoying using my new ice cream maker.

This machine adds a lot of air into ice cream to make fluffier ice cream. We love it. I can't help myself from making more ice cream. Very easy to use and clean. It is not a cheap machine but I am glad I finally bought it.

Very well made, very easy to use, easy to clean, definitely a quality product. We have made 10 or so batches experimenting with flavors and everyone has been simply great. We even made a batch that was totally just half and half and it was good too. Wish we had bought it years ago. Love the compressor, well worth the money.
