Makes great ice cream. Plastic top is a little bit difficult to fit on and a weak point in the system. Freezing mechanism is excellent. Motor very powerful. We have made a dozen batches with no bad results but it is apparent that practice makes perfect.

This machine is easy to use and makes a good product. The major downside is it only make s1 QT at a time. When making multiple batches in succession it's not a big problem but if you take the pail out and it gets wet it will freeze to the inside of the machine be aware of this. Alos because you may be making a few batches the consistency and the mix-in's are a bit different. the machine needs a line showing where to load the "batter" to this will help with consistency. A LARGER MODEL IS NEEDED. but all in all a good product.

I love this ice cream maker! The only issue is sometimes, the ice cream overflows. This isn’t a huge deal but it does make a minor mess. It makes the best ice cream, ever. I’m not buying ice cream or gelato from the store ever again. If you like ice cream, it’s worth it!
