Easy to use, easy to clean. We had a bounty of beautiful peaches this year so I made back to back batches of sorbet and ice cream several days in a row. It's SO much more convenient than my previous maker with the bowl that had to be frozen. I like being able to choose the ingredients--fresh healthy food, no preservatives. I'm going to have lots of fun with this one!! Hmmm...I'm thinking pumpkin spice ice cream next!

It makes a great product when it works. My original one broke after 2 months of weekly or semi-weekly use, and I was disappointed. But the company replaced it for free, and the customer service was pretty painless, so no real harm done!

quick and effective for making small batches of ice cream or gelato. I just wish it were a little bigger as most of my recipes fill the container, and then overflow during the freezing process. And I really like not having to use my old machine that requires constant care to add ice and salt. And it freezes better, faster, and more completely than those systems that require you to put the container in the freezer.
