Have made Vanilla, Chocolate, and Maple Nut ice cream and all have turned out excellent. All are Paleo recipes. Chocolate Chip Mint is next on the list. This model makes ice cream non-stop so many quarts can be made. Wonderful machine at a reasonable price.

Very easy to use. Cleaning is a snap! It's a simple machine that works well. I've never had an ice cream maker, so I was a bit surprised that the process takes about 45 minutes to complete. Also, you have to chill the mixture for at "at least 2 hours or overnight," so be aware and plan ahead. I've made about 10 batches of ice cream so far, some back-to-back, and the product is excellent! Highly recommend for those who love ice cream and want to try their own recipes.
