Great way to make frozen delights quickly and easily. Cactus sorbet took very little effort and was a big hit with everyone. This machine takes far less time and effort that our old ice and salt method and is much quieter, too! The built-in cooling mechanism means you don't have to buy extra ice nor take up room in the freezer.

Ice cream makers have come a long way and this Cuisinart one we received as a wedding gift is one we recommend for anyone wishing to make delicious homemade ice cream. The recipes included with the instructional manual are easy and are creating the best I’ve cream we have had. How wonderful it is to have ingredients on hand and abracadabra in less than 50 minutes wonderful natural ice cream.We purchased cup sized paper containers and are enjoying giving pots as gifts. Our favorite flavor so far is French Vanilla using 5 yolks. We love this gadget.
