It’s easy. It’s fast.
I’ve made 4 batches.
1) online snickerdoodle recipe, used the 2 hour pre cool recommendation and it turned out wonderfully.
2) repeat 1, but cut portion in half and did not do pre cool, and it turned out wonderfully.
3) repeat 1, but did not pre cool and it turned out wonderfully
4) did the strawberry recipe that comes with it, pre cooled overnight, and have to say it’s the best strawberry ice cream I’ve had.
Can’t wait to try others.

This is a wonderful ice cream maker. I had one that you had to put the bowl in the freezer before putting in the ice cream maker. This just was very inconvenient to me and what I like about this machine is that you just put the ingredients in the bowl and turn it on. It makes it cold automatically and you don't have to pre-freeze anything. Super easy to use and you have ice cream in 45 minutes or so. I could not be happier.

It creates reasonably good ice cream/Gelato. Wish the 2 paddles would be slightly larger, if possible, so as to scrape the cream off the sides as it rotates, at the moment it leaves a hard layer along the sides. The compressor unit is slightly noisy.

It's a great machine and easy to be operated. Only thing that took one star out is the icy liquids gets overflow and reached the top of cap. Very messy in the end of processing.
